Postcard Series

The “i am…” series is a visual therapy and environmental awareness project that blends art, mindfulness, and education. Each postcard pairs a nature photograph with an affirmation beginning with “i am…” and includes brief educational facts about the subject pictured. The series is rooted in the idea that when we know what we are looking at — when we can name it and understand it — we are more likely to connect with it, care for it, and want to protect it. Through imagery, words, and knowledge, Sarah invites viewers to pause, reflect, and remember that we are not separate from nature, but part of it — and that awareness is the first step toward preservation.
